join eva at Cat Care Society in Lakewood for yoga with the free-roaming kitties of their shelter. choose from one of two sessions at 9 am or 10:30. expect an all-levels class with lots of encouragement to slow down and connect with the kitties who might make their way onto your mat. bring your own mat, not your own cat. cats will be provided. find more info and signup here.
